As you plan your FETC 2008 trip, be sure to include a trek through the enormous expo hall. As you decide whether to stop and visit us in the booth or walk faster past us without any eye contact, please remember that we are human.
We do sell technology to education and are there to market to you, but you are also our most valuable asset. When we hear from you about your day to day problems and issues, we are better able to understand where you are coming from. This helps us better connect with you as an audience. We have a lot to learn from you, whether you realize it or not.
Standing in a booth all day for two days is an interesting experience if you haven’t tried it. Your legs and back are strained, your feet are sore and the feeling of being trapped within the confines of a 10×20 space can be a little overwhelming and induce claustrophobia-like attacks in even the most confident of people.
We know you are busy. We know you are smart. You are helping our kids grow and be better people through technology and education. We hope you will stop in and talk to us and make our day stuck in the fluorescent jungle a little brighter.
We have helped educators with computer instruction and monitoring for years and we have a new product launching tomorrow. And if you are the first 125 to visit our Booth 1306, you will receive a free gift. So remember, please be nice, know that we appreciate you and will not bite your head off and most of all, that we are stuck in the booth and you are not!
We hope you have a great show at the FETC 2008!
